What this site is
The pages here describe the treatments this practice offers and how to ask for an appointment. They are informational. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, and no page here replaces an examination.
Appointments and cancellations
State your own terms: how much notice you ask for, what happens to a missed appointment, and whether you charge for one. Say it plainly and say it in the same words your reception uses on the phone.
Prices
The prices shown are a guide. Say here that the cost of treatment is confirmed in writing after an examination, and that a written estimate is what binds rather than a figure on a web page.
Complaints
Name the person a complaint goes to and how quickly you answer. Then name the body a patient can go to if your answer does not settle it: in most countries that is your dental regulator or an ombudsman, and it is a required disclosure rather than an optional one.
Content on this site
Say who owns the text and photographs, and what a visitor may do with them.
